Normally closed or normally open? The choice is yours. This will enable you to better control the flow of media such as granulate, liquids containing solid particles or highly viscous and abrasive media. No flow resistance, no blockages, no dead spaces and easy to clean. This means your media can flow freely.
Modular and with a long service life
The VZQA features individual, modular, configurable components. Whether it's connection standards, materials or pinch valve sleeves. The sealing cartridge can also be replaced without special tools. This is only necessary under certain operating conditions after about one million switching cycles. All this together with the simple mounting make the VZQA pinch valve very economical. Sturdy and reliable in use.
Normally closed (NC) or normally open (NO)
The NC version is now available for the first time without a separate actuator. Position sensing via a ring magnet in the piston is available in the aluminum variant. In the NO version, compressed air is applied directly to the tubular pinch valve sleeve.
Easy to clean
Both VZQA versions can easily be cleaned both inside and out. The full passage of the pinch valve ensures a high flow rate for your medium. This optimally supports your hygienic processes and the cleaning of them.
